Her gradient is dyed, her hair dyed, also, so yes, that IS black tinsel *cough sort of cough*
Her symbol was sculpted with apoxie sculpt and painted with acrylics then leafed with silver, as were her runes. (She also has the runes 'Sowulo' and 'Wunjo' on her NDS hooves )
You can't tell that her eyes are different colors; one is green and the other is blue. They were both accented with micro glitter.
